How do I cancel or change bpkm Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone go to Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions → bpkm. You can cancel or switch between monthly and annual there. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
I got a new phone. Where's my Pro?
Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID you bought with. It comes straight back.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases go through Apple, not us: reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find bpkm. Apple decides these under its own policy.
Why did the coach stop after my first run?
Your first coached run is free so you can hear it for yourself. After that, the voice coach is bpkm Pro. Everything else in the app (the music, routes, ghost races, the record, sharing) is free without limits.
Not all my songs are showing up.
Beat-matching keeps working in the background after your first sync, on Wi-Fi, so coverage climbs over the first few days. Songs that no database knows are measured from their preview clip. If something looks stuck, open Settings in the app and tap Re-match.
A song is in the wrong vibe.
Genres come from Apple's own tags, which are sometimes vague. We're tightening this every release; for now, email us the song and we'll look.
The coach won't connect.
The coach needs an internet connection and microphone permission (Settings → bpkm → Microphone). If it drops mid-run, the app re-dials on its own; your music keeps playing either way.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: your profile → Delete account. That removes your account, runs, routes, friends, and feedback from our systems immediately. Runs you saved to Apple Health stay in Health, since that's yours.
Where does my location go?
It's used during a run to measure it. Any map shown to anyone but you is trimmed so it never reveals your door, and you can set a privacy zone around home. Details on the privacy page.
